Procedures for our SCRIP program
Ordering is generally done by 10am on Mondays and arrive by UPS by end of day Thursday if the gift cards that were ordered are in stock from the vender.
All orders need to be on a scrip form or emailed thru Fast Direct or emailed to Monica in the OFFICE : mmiller@lutheraninterparish.com. (The order will be placed when it is paid unless arrangements are made with Monica.)
Text messages are not a good way to communicate: Our SCRIP volunteers are parents with busy lives and will not accept a texted SCRIP ORDER. A paper trail is needed for placing all SCRIP orders.
SCRIP cards are usually available in the school office during posted office hours Monday-Thursday. If the card is not available we can order it on the following Monday and try to have it for you the following Thursday.
Packets are distributed to the church members on Friday mornings, for Sunday sales. We do not have cards in the office after 10 am on Friday.
